Doctor Bai graduated from the medical department of Peking University Health Science Center and engaged in the internal medicine after graduation, held the post of clinical teaching work of Peking University Health Science Center

Doctor Bai further studied the clinical and laboratory skills at Hematology Department of Peking Union Medical College Hospital from March 1996 to March 1997. She has published several papers such as The diagnosis and evaluation of chronic anemia and iron deficiency anemia by using comprehensive iron index, Clinical analysis of 40 cases with giant cell anemia and participates in the domestic hematology and Oncology Conference many times.
